Fixed high-priority WhatsApp messages sent through Quick Send, the OTP API, auto-replies and flows staying "Pending" forever when the WhatsApp server could not be reached or the WhatsApp account was not connected. They are now marked "Failed". These messages also no longer make the system contact the WhatsApp server for nothing on every scheduled run — including messages already stuck before this update, which otherwise keep their "Pending" status.
Updated the WhatsApp server to the latest WhatsApp library for continued compatibility.
